Hello,


There is currently no such thing as Windows 2013,
if you meant Microsoft Office 2013 we can update
your computer to that version. We are currently
running windows 7 on our machines on campus. Could
you please let us know exactly what you are trying
to updated on these computers?

Uhhh.. there is no such thing as Windows 13..
Please get more information.. Microsoft Office
2013? Are they asking to be updated to Windows 10?
If so, we are not supporting that OS yet.

Hi,

I am the Non-Traditional/ Transfer Student Peer
Advisor, Andrea Balthaser.  I have had a couple of
requests to have Windows 13 put on the two
computers in the Non-Traditional Lounge.  I was
informed that when they are working on one
computer in the computer lab in the library and
then come over here to finish their work, that the
formatting of the one computer does not format to
the other computer.

I greatly appreciate your willingness to look into
this for me and give me any information.
