Laptop was hardwired and picked up at front desk.

Laptop is done imaging. The laptop is located at
the SRD desk with a sticky note saying they need
to be hard wired in before leaving with there
laptop. Printers have been added and she has admin
rights.

Laptop seems to be having more issue then this. I
opened Sophos and she had two viruses in the her
quarantine area. One will now allow me to delete
it. Her Sophos also does not have an update option
in it. Also, her internet seems fine with zero
errors showing but once I open an internet browser
it says Server not found.

I called Dana and left a message seeing if she has
everything backed up.

Not holding a charge, Dana is going to drop off
the laptop. Machine gets extremely hot, fan
continues to stay on.
