I was able to get hold of Rian. While
troubleshooting his computer I realize the
internet cable was out of the wall jack.
Reconnecting it solve the problem.

Talked with the woman at the desk and this was 
happening on several laptops.  I explained that 
the first log on has to be hardwired and that 
the Ethernet connection takes a few seconds to 
be established.  We tried this and she was 
successful.

Hello,

I am requesting your help in fixing an issue. One
of the computer at ODS won't log in, stating that
the server doesn't exist or can't be found. This
has been happening since Tuesday when we tried to
log on. It also happened with a couple of our
laptops. I am not sure if this is a campus-wide issue.
