I believe hard drive was already delivered; she 
also recently had a new equip where this was 
resolved to my knowledge.

I was able to get hold of Lyn and help setup her
dock station. I installed File Maker Pro on her
laptop. She said she would like to access all her
file save on her H drive when she's home. I told
her the solution would be purchasing an external
hard drive and copy all her files. She put in a
request to purchase a external hard drive. We
schedule to meet the first week of the Winter term.

She called in asking for someone to stop by on
Wednesday the 16th between 10-12 to set up her
docking station for her. She asked that Dyl set it
up since he has done most of the previous work on
her laptop in the past.

She had some stuff come up and will not be
available until the week of the 14th. She would
like she contacted on the 11th to set up a time to
come down. I will call her on this day.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A docking station needs to be setup and 
delivered to Lyn Ayer in TODD 234 for use with laptop 
W#20130096[Edit Inv]. The WOU # of the docking station is 20150210[Edit Inv] and is 
on the shelves across from the restroom in ITC 009.
