I'm sorry to have to keep contacting you, but 
do you have an update about returning our 
external hard drive?  Our office is in need of 
it.  Please let us know when we can pick up the 
external hard drive from you, you can drop it 
off to our office, or if you are off campus for 
Spring break we can pick up the drive from your 
office with your permission.

Hi Keller,

I just wanted to give you a few updates 
following the installation of your new iMac.

As for the Adobe suite, your old machine was 
running Adobe CS3, which is no longer supported 
and likely won't run on your new machine.  
Because of this, we won't be able to transfer 
it over.  We have no license on file for you 
for a newer version.  If you'd like to install 
a newer version of the Adobe suite, I have been 
told to refer you to Scott Grim or the dean of 
LAS to get authorization to do so/purchase the 
software.

As for your files, I have copied your entire 
user folder onto our external hard drive.  
Please let me know your availability so that I 
can drop that off for you to borrow and 
transfer your files onto either your H: drive 
or your new machine.  I will pick it back up or 
you can drop it off at our office when the 
transfer is complete.  We will also hold onto 
your old machine for at least two weeks before 
we do anything to it, so if you notice anything 
else missing, please let us know and we will do 
our best to restore it.

Delivered and set up; added as admin and added printer 
CA-Ellington.
He could see the files from his desktop on his H:, but 
could not find all his other files.  I'm transferring 
them from his old iMac onto a hard drive now.  It's at 
the imaging station, but do not reimage.

Also, he is asking about the Adobe suite and if we can 
transfer the license from his old machine.  It looks 
like it was running CS3 though.

My name is Tunde- I work here at the University Computing 
Services. We have a new Apple iMac to drop-off at your 
office. We need to know what time during the week you would 
be available. Also, I was told to let you know that - you 
would need a new licence for an Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe 
CC 2015. You would need to contact your department regarding 
approval. Let us know if you need further clarification.

Went to his office with the new Imac, he hasn't
moved any of his file to H drive or save it. I
taught him how to save it to H drive. He had 300
GB files need to be saved.

He is not gonna be here in Uni for next week, so

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) An iMac needs to be setup and delivered 
to Keller Coker in APSC 231. The WOU # of the new computer is 
20150205[Edit Inv] and the old computer is 20090904[Edit Inv]. There is also a 
USB SuperDrive that will need to be delivered. The new 
equipment is across from the restroom in ITC 009.
