MS Excel was freezing. And when you closed the
program it was still running in Task Manager. I
re-installed Office 2013. He will let us know if
it repeats the issue.

****This is an email****

Excel on my computer seems to have issues on a
semi-regular basis where the software locks up
while using it. If I wait 10-15 minutes and close
other programs down, I can usually get it to come
back so that I can use the program but this can be
quite cumbersome especially in time of need. It
used to happen when I would launch Word but now it
seems to be happening more often.

I was hoping I could have someone repair/reinstall
Office on my machine before I take the next step
of possibly adding additional RAM to this machine.
Is this possible?
