Looked at the machine and talked with Janeanne 
at the info desk -- I wasn't able to adjust any 
of the more important settings.
They have had similar problems and have had to 
call kic, so this is what they are going to do.

The kic scanner is not focusing and can't complete
jobs.  They have tried restarting the machine and
same issue.

It is in library by the info desk.
