The computer was running very slow. I did some
virus scan on the system but I didn't solve the
problem. I re-image the machine and loaded the
special software it had on it previously. I return
the machine to the user.

Her machines needs to be re-imaged asap.I tried 
the malware-remover/ccleaner tool- it was 
unresponsive.Also, Sophos wasn't working 
properly.
This task would have to be handled first thing 
on Monday.

She called in stating that her computer had been
running really slow lately and when she tries to
open documents she gets the error that "computer
is not responding". She will be in her office
until 5 today.
