Did a test by swapping the cartridge with a new 
one - everything worked fine.So, the problem is 
from the transfer-roller. We need to get it 
replaced for the printer(Xerox Phaser 3250).

Hello,

Do you have suggestions as to why my Xerox Phaser
3250 WOU#20120861[Edit Inv] is printing unwanted lines on
the paper?  This has been happening since I
changed the toner.
