Ruby Tidwell	Nov 24, 2015 01:29 PM	Brought laptop over there and was able to print double sided after changing the paper type on the printer to normal paper (it was set to cardstock). Jeanie still only had the option to print one sided or have manual feed, but she is going to try a restart and call us if the issue is still happening.	Add Attachment
