Dyl went down and was able to find some settings 
that were off on the monitor.  It is back up and 
running now with the correct resolution.

I brought back the thin client and reset it 
setting and applied the profile back to it.  It 
was working here in the office, but when I placed 
it back in the library it was continuing to have 
the same issue.  I tested with different monitors 
and found out the problem is with this monitor.

John can you please take a look at this. You can
not change the settings on the computer itself
(Its a Wyse Client) nor through the screen
options. Not sure how we can get the resolution to
normal.

The screen resolution is really large on the 
computer. Need to go change the settings on it.
