I left the jump drive with his data with him, and the machine is now back at the office at Megan's desk waiting to be reimaged. He does not need a loaner as he has a laptop.	Add Attachment
Ruby Tidwell	Nov 30, 2015 02:31 PM	When he logs on, there is no background available and he has some missing data. When I log in to my own profile, it acts normally with WOU background. Brought back machine to office and backed up his user folder (more was visible through my profile). Talked with Megan and we are going to delete his profile and have him log in again to rebuild it and then copy over old contents.	Add Attachment
