Brought the machine back to him with his 
profile deleted, and the same thing happened 
when he tried logging in fresh.  
I left the jump drive with his data with him, 
and the machine is now back at the office at 
Megan's desk waiting to be reimaged.  He does 
not need a loaner as he has a laptop.

When he logs on, there is no background 
available and he has some missing data.

When I log in to my own profile, it acts 
normally with WOU background.

Brought back machine to office and backed up 
his user folder (more was visible through my 
profile).  Talked with Megan and we are going 
to delete his profile and have him log in again 
to rebuild it and then copy over old contents.

bookmarks are gone and his background is just black*

When he logged onto the computer this morning, his
bookmarks and the background is black.  He has
tried restarting but nothing is changing.  He
would like someone to come and take a look at what
is going on.

1-3 and 4-5 today

He is also open all day tomorrow
