The port looks inactive I have contacted telecom,
they will activate it tomorrow.

He is having trouble setting up his WOU email to
thunderbird.

He is around till 5 today and tomorrow 12-1.

Also, his computer gives an error that says that
network accounts are unavailable.  He can see the
ethernet is plugged in.
