Blade has been replaces. Did test prints and they
all came out great!

Hello,

Unfortunately we do not have a replacement printer
available at this time for MNB 223. We have
ordered the part and it should be here first thing
tomorrow morning, we will send someone over to fix
the printer once we receive it.

Check the printer located in MNB. I tried adding
ink to see if the problem could be resolve. But
unfortunately it did not work. I also tried
several options like cleaning but still no
improvement.

Jennifer called in stating that this printer made
a black streak down the middle of her document
with no other text. She also thinks the toner may
be low in the printer.
