like to recycle this Macbook and take it off of
their account as well.

Talked with Kelsey - she is going to talk with 
her director regarding the MacBook.  I'm 
dropping the PC laptop back now.
The MacBook is in its case under the temporary 
desk next to Megan's desk.

Won't read that or another hard drive at all.  
Talked with Megan and she said that WUC might 
be phasing out these checkouts anyway.  I'll 
talk with Kelsey and see what she wants to do.  
It's out of warranty.

Went and picked up MacBook and laptop 20130080[Edit Inv] 
which she said they had earlier had off the 
domain and John had accidentally joined.  It 
has a local account, wuc1

Removed that one from domain and now looking at 
the Mac - it doesn't recognize the hard drive 
at all

The check out computer was brought back this
morning and when they turn it on it has a white
screen with no error message but a picture of a
file with a question mark.  The person using it
reported that they force quit and turned the
computer back on and it's been in this state since.

Computer is going to be on Kelsey's desk.
