office.  No answer.

Sounds like we need to move him from the loaner
laptop to a loaner desktop, as per Megan.

Computer power button is blinking orange and will
not stop.  He tried to hard reset it and the same
thing occurs.  He would like a loaner computer in
the meantime, and wants to know if his files are
retrievable.  He is unsure if he saved it to his H
drive.  

He is pretty available throughout the day and can
