maintenance kit was actually put back into UCS
stock and not installed after all ...sorry for the
confusion

Installed new drum and toner cartridge and the
printer is printing good quality prints

I installed one of our loaner printers Drum
cartridge and toner into their printer until there
parts are here so that they could have a
functioning printer. The parts came from W#20111185[Edit Inv]

I have tested all the parts in this printer and it
seems that the drum cartridge is dried up. Glen is
ordering a new one now. Also the toner cartridge
is at its last bit. Glen gave me a new one to
install which I will do once the Drum gets in.

Check the printer located in NPE 215. The issue
seems to be a hardware problem. The printer
automatically restarts when it turn on. It is
doing that constantly. I shut it down and put an
out of order sign on it.

Printer keeps saying "initializing" but nothing
ever comes out. This message has been on over night.
