Paper Tray was being filled to high. Took some
paper out and the prints went through fine. Told
them to call back if it keeps happening with less
paper.

Printer's print jobs are coming out with wrinkles.
 Not every job is coming that way but enough that
is has become a problem.  This has been ongoing
since a new maintenance kit.
