Hi Megan,

I believe Janeanne called in a ticket for one of 
the library printers on the main floor; 20130045[Edit Inv] 
(HLREF2).

In case she didn't mention it, the error code is 
91,720.

Good morning, 
this HL-Ref printer (the middle one) is making
some horrible kurchunking noises periodically.
During the noise, the display indicates "warming
up." Then it will be silent. The last time I went
to it, there was a paper jam.
