Hard drive did not work. 
I left VM to Mark.

Did the setup & gave him the computer back, also
installed SSPS 21. He said he doesn't want to
upgrade to V22. Dyl worked on changing the hard
drive, he said if there is anything on the drive
we can give it to him and if not also that's
absolutely fine. He has saved all the files in H
drive. He is just confused about one folder. I
will have a look at it and will let him know.

Diagnostic Test says:

Hard disk - Not installed.

I have given the service tag and error message to Shandell to 
order a new one but we are waiting for John as he is working on 
one another laptop with the same problem. If it's fixed she is 
going to order a new hard drive.

I have left a Loaner.
I will let him know that we are ordering a new hard drive and it 
will take few day.

Mark called in saying he was working in MS Word 
and the computer crashed and is now not finding 
the boot drive.
