I called Paula and she said she will come and pick
up the laptop tomorrow 1/26(she was not specific
about the time). When she comes in the laptop is
located in ITC 008 on the shelf that says "OUT". 

Please make sure that she is returning the loaner
laptop and charger I set up for her.

I replaced the Processor and the laptop is working
now and correctly.

I replaced the Motherboard on this laptop. The
laptop will turn on for a split second now and the
LED lights are lighting up. The Power and Wireless
LED lights are solid white and the Storage LED
light is blinking white. In the service manual
this says it is a processor issue. 

I have ordered a new processor.

Did some testing and it is not the charger. I also
replaced the batter with another battery (same
model) and that did nothing as well. Still testing
and researching.

I also gave her a loaner with W#20100757[Edit Inv]

She dropped off this computer with Shandelle. She 
is not sure if it is just the charger that is not 
working or if the computer itself is not turning 
on.
