I was able to get hold of Lori and check the issue
with her computer not booting up. The power supply
was dead and Shina replace it with a used one.

Computer in library at check out desk is not
working.  The power supply button is not on and
the power button is blinking yellow.  They have
tried restarting and plugging in different place
and still same issue.
