Completed the checklist but still running windows 
update on both machines.Not done yet.

Re-image

Looked over both machine and notice some errors 
exist on the event logs - which indicate some 
services were failing prior to the clash. There 
are no indications on the event viewer that 
show any errors on the logs. 

Just kidding, it's open until 1 and all day 
tomorrow

Task reassigned to UCS Tech.

I went back into the lab, and there are at least 
two stations having issues still.  Needs further 
investigation.

Both 20130206 and 20130203 had the same problem
and could not find hard drive.  Power cycled both
and started without a problem.

Computer went to a blue screen and crashed.
