Machine has been set-up. I delivered the external 
HDD and Apple external CD-ROM. Also, re-added all 
the drivers and printers.

This is not replacing anything exsisting.  It is a
new laptop for her, she was afraid you were gonna
take her desktop iMac away ;)  I told them you
were not and it was probably a misunderstanding in
how you worded the email to her.  Not all New
Equip Setups are replacements and in this case it
is not.  I try to let you know in the SR text if
it is a replacement for older equipment

We have your new Mac book Air ready to be
delivered and set up.  To prepare, if you have an
existing station, please ensure that you move all
of your files from your current machine onto your
H: drive or otherwise back them up.  Anything left
on an old machine will not be accessible from your
new one.  If you have any questions or need help
backing up your data, please email me back or call
our office at 8-8925.

 

Once that is complete, we can set up your new
equipment for you.  Please let us know your
availability for the next few business days so
that we can schedule a time to set it up with you.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A MacBook Air needs to be setup and delivered to 
Denise Thew in ED 234. The WOU # of the laptop is 20150250[Edit Inv]. There 
is also a USB SuperDrive and an external hard drive that need to be 
delivered with the laptop. The new equipment is on the counter across 
from the storage shelves in ITC 008.
