The printer is back in ITC 103. I test printed
from one of the iMac's in there and it printed great.

Checked all the sensors and nothing seemed out of
place. I then took the printer apart and cleaned
it out and then I messed with the paper setting
that is located on the paper tray. The printer
stopped jamming. Not sure if it was what I did or
if it was just stubborn.

I will be taking the printer back to ITC 103
tomorrow first thing in the morning when there are
know classes in session.

I replaced the maintenance kit and tone cartridge
and the printer is still jamming. I have ran a few
trouble shoots and have researched this issue and
it may be a bad sensor. Still researching.

Installed maintenance kit and Toner cartridge. The
printer is still jamming every time you print to
it and it seems as though the jam is coming from
the fuser. Not sure if we ordered a bad fuser but
Im testing more.

The printer in ITC 103 needs a new maintenance 
kit and toner Cartridge.

I have ordered the maint kit.

Megan has ordered the toner cartridge for me.
