Hi Ruby,
There is a faculty member who needs to use the 
laptop this afternoon, so I think we should 
wait on the switch until tomorrow or later in 
the week.  After today, I am available from 8-5 
except over the lunch hour for the switch.  
Please let me know the day and approximate time 
that works for you.

Started image.  It's at my desk.

W#20150226 will be replacing laptop W#20091434 for
Business/Econ Division and Kathy Witwer is the
contact.  They need to use a laptop for a meeting
on Tuesday so they wither need the replacement
done Before Tuesday Jan 19th or After.  She has
asked that John Leadley and Zenon Zygmont be made
Admins on the laptop as they are frequent users.
John Leadley may have some specific software
titles that need to be transferred to this laptop
so please try to discuss that with him and read
the old SR#40574 for some details.  I am just not
sure it is still needed.
