Removed everything Dyl did, drivers and the setup.

Did a complete fresh setup because the one he did
did not match and was not working.

It's just need the registration, they said they
will find out and call us.

Installed the printer software from the DVD
and downloaded the driver from Internet. Did a
test print. Working.

Please check with the user at 1:00pm. I did
installed the driver but we never had the time to
do a test print. You can download a new one from
the company website if it doesn't work.

She needs this fixed so she can make labels for
samples that have to be taken to the lab at 5 today.

Trying to hook up there Dymo label printer to the
computer.  They have it plugged in but nothing is
working.

She takes lunch 1-2 otherwise will be available
till 445 today.
