Check the problem with the network printer in SHC.
Shandelle give me a roller to replace because we
were suspecting the roller been faulty. But when I
remove the toner I realized there was a paper
stock in the printer. Removing the paper solve the
problem. It work just fine.

Check the problem with the network print at the
SHC. It keep jamming constantly anytime someone
tries to print a document. I open the printer and
check for paper that was stock in it. I remove the
paper stock in it but the same issue continue to
occur. Anyone taking the initiative to work on the
printer should try changing the printer roller.

When trying to print, it grabs the paper and makes
loud noises and then just jams.  This happens
every time the printer gets a print job.  They
have tries restarting the printer but to no avail.
