Someone please go over there and desk out what
this request is about. If you can't read the W#
please get the serial number of the printer. The
one below doesn't look correct.

Phone message:

Cindy Cooper called.  She said that there was a
student worker up in their area the other day (she
said that she dragged him over to look at this
printer).  She said is was a HP LJ 9000, but I
cannot find in inventory a printer that matches
that description.  Can one of you follow up with
her to see what is wrong with it?  She said the
WOU# is hard to read but gave me 20030435[Edit Inv] (which
does not match that description???)
