Hello Prof. Misty,

My name is Tunde - I work here at UCS. I'm working on your machine.We 
noticed one of the hard-drive is not booting up as required.We are still 
running more diagnostics to figure out why the drive is failing. 
So, I was wondering if we could assign a loaner(temp) machine for you to 
work with, till your machine is fixed.  Let us know what time of the day is 
convenient to deliver the loaner machine.
