Talked with Megan and Tricia about the MacBook.  
This was an old GFA replaced that he kept for a 
lab station.  We can't do more work on this, but 
he can purchase a new station if he would like.

Entered disk utility and got the following 
message on the hard drive:
"This drive has a hardware problem that can't 
be repaired.  Back up as much of the data as 
possible and replace the disk.  See an 
authorized Apple dealer for more information."

Started JAMF; encountered error during imaging:
"Casper Imaging failed to mount Macintosh HD - 
disk1s2.  Imaging has been cancelled."

I think there is a problem with Hard disk, it
didn't re image, failed. Doing some test to see
what the problem is

He thinks that something is corrupted.  May need
reimaging. He doesn't need anything saved.  The
laptop and charger are in the "in" bin.
