We were just following up with you regarding a
service request that we have for you.  (#59269)

Description: error when putting in ink


The printer is back at my office, I'm currently
working on fixing the error. Might have to order
parts, but those will be covered by UCS. I will
know more in about an hour. Just wanted to give
you an update.

Our ColorCube prinjter #20121145[Edit Inv] in DFSC 113
started throwing error messages Friday. First it
is rejecting the magenta and black ink cubes,
saying they are the incorrect cubes. On Friday it
also was throwing an error message and not
printing, though that seems to have resolved
itself. But it still will not accept the ink cubes.
