technology plans for the show tonight, so they 
don't need it by tonight.

Still wasn't loading past about halfway 
through.  I brought it back to the office for 
troubleshooting.  

I spoke with her and it is okay to reimage if 
we can't get it past that point.  No local data 
and the only special software is QLab.  It 
looks like there is a local account they use - 
see sticker on corner of iMac.  The station 
isn't hardwired, so this is probably one reason 
for the local account.  If reimage is 
necessary, please re-cerate this account with 
given credentials

The iMac was powered off and seems to be stuck with the 
loading bar when starting up. A restart produced the same 
response. I'm leaving it at the loading bar for the moment and 
will check back in a bit.

audience.

Stefanie needs QLab on a certain machine in a 
certain lab we have no idea about at the 
moment. So, she is going  check on the wou# and 
get back to UCS first thing tomorrow morning, 
because she has a meeting right now.

Sound system was installed recently. I can't 
find the service request for this. The new 
system's license is not active causing them to 
not be able to do higher level functions. They 
have a show tomorrow evening and need to use 
this system.
