Checked in with Jennie and the I:/ has been
showing up, but the attachment issue had
happened once more. She said it might be
because she does not close her browser for long
periods of time. When she restarts the browser
or logs out and back in, it is resolved.

Met with Jennie; both problems were
intermittent and usually resolved after a
restart, but both kept happening.
Ran updates on Firefox (her primary browser),
Reader, and Windows. Also ran gpupdate /force.
Checked in AD, and her machine was placed in
ITC, so I moved it to TRI.

She is going to test for the next few days and
get back to us if the problems persist.

Called Jennie -
the scan found 1 item that was quarantined.
She has time now, so I'm going over to take a
look.

More common then not her laptop will not show her
I Drive. She can fix the issue with a restart but
the issue keeps happening.

Also, when she tries to attach something to an
email or common then not it doesn't attach. It
does not thing at all with no error. If she
restarts the computer it works again.

I am having her run a Sophos scan and Malware scan
while she waits for someone to contact her to make
a time to come down. She will also call and update
this ticket when the scans are done.
