The ticket agent software was corrupted that was
the issue, removed it and installed it back again.
Did test print, its working now. 

Gave Dana Goularte and Glen Harris admin rights too.

Hi,

I'm not sure if you can help me uninstall
TicketAgent on my computer in New PE, but the
shortcut is not working properly so I am unable to
access it.  I have talked to the TicketAgent
people who say it is best to uninstall and
reinstall it.  I am unable to uninstall because I
need Administrative permission to do so.  Do you
know who I can talk to so I can get this uninstalled?
