I was able to get hold of Aaron and check the
problem with his printer. Check the printer
setting and realize tray 3 wasn't showing in the
list. I spoke with Megan regarding the status of
the printer and she reconfigure the printer from
the print server.It work fine after doing that.

Printer not printing from tray 3, which was
replaced a little bit ago.  It recognizes that
paper is in there, but does not take paper from it
to print.

He thinks it could be something in his settings.
