Check both IMac listed in the service request.
With troubleshooting done I realized the machine
lost connection with the domain. I unbind and
re-bind and it solve the problem.

Correction: The last WOU# is for something else, 
the correct one is 20130107[Edit Inv]. The one ending in 115 
is right though.
