Working with Michael and Shandelle - placed his 
original hard drive in replacement (W 20100101) 
and all seems well.  Ready to return.

He did not want a loaner. I asked him if he wants
it. He said he will work on the two other
computers that were in the office.

Did call him and update him that I am setting up a
new machine for him and will bring it back to him
before the end of the day, as he said he is surely
gonna be there till 11 am and he might be there
for all day. So I also told him I will give a call
before I come, or we could set up a time for tomorrow.

The computer that I am setting up for him is
20100101[Edit Inv], did imaging, added to domain, and did
all the setup, gave him admin rights too. 
The only thing that is need to do is windows
update, is was taking a long time, it was checking
up for updates when I left. Also the power supply
that need to be changed is by the CPU, with the
note do not move.

The computer 20100101[Edit Inv] is all setup for Andrew and
is ready to go. But it's heating up a little more
than other computer so I am changing it's power
supply with his old computer power supply. Took
out his Hard drive from his old computer, it's on
my desk right now. And I will recover it, if he
wants files that hasn't been saved to his H:
drive. Also took out the Ram as we are PDR his old
machine. I updated the Inventory and put the old
machine in the PDR box.

his computer 20090530[Edit Inv] it's giving number 3 error,
which means motherboard failure. 
Setting up a another computer for him 20100101[Edit Inv].

Computer not turning on after doing updates. 
Monitor shutting off after a few seconds.
