took over a spare Wise client and it was doing 
the same thing.  It looks like the monitor is 
actually going out.  There was a conference 
starting so I will bring the monitor over later.

reset Wise client profile. Now it is working 
again.  It was sending the video signal to 
monitor two after you login.

Computer is having the same issue and is not
connecting to the server.  Chris requested that
John take a look because he thinks it's a problem
with VDI, not a cable.

The vdi cable seems to be failing. If that happens 
again we can go ahead and change it.

After logging in, computer goes to a black screen
and does not respond.  They did a hard reset, and
it happens all over again.  They started having
this problem before this term started.
