There is only one past service request for this
printer and that was not for a maintenance kit.
This is why I ordered one and want to install it.

She is having bad print outs. I printed a supplies
page and she had 46% toner left but it was
installed early 2014. I am having them order a new
toner cartridge and I order a new maintenance kit
for this machine.
