Called and checked in; it hasn't happened again 
but he will call if it does.

It's been a new and inconsistent problem, only 
happening once in a while, beginning this week.

They are running a local account with special 
settings, used for their tutors to log in and 
out.  Don't reimage if possible.

Ran updates & ensured drivers, etc.  All seems 
to be functional.  Restarted a few times 
without issue.

They will call if it happens again.

Once computer logs in  it takes about 10-15
minutes to start up. Some pages do not open up and
says it doesn't work. (student worker Kelly called
this in)
