This has been fixed and the printer is back were
it should be. I noticed that when you print in
color it only takes one print credit. I checked
the setting in the server and they were wrong. I
changed it to the correct settings and the issue
is still happening. I need to look more into this.

The printer is fixed but I need to swap Ip address
which Paul is out today to do this for me.

this. The Ref # is 21102703

I went down and restarted the printer. Still gave
the same error. I looked up the error in the
service manual and the error states that "Cyan
obstructed, reservoir not filled. 

I will be setting them up with a loaner in the
morning so I can bring this back to my desk.
