Ran JAMF 10.11 once more after SMC and PRAM 
reset; performed setup and several restarts 
successfully.  Added printers (ED-Copier and 
ED-Gondor).  Copier will likely need a code to 
print.

Seems to be running normally now - she just 
needs to be made an admin.

Reset SMC and PRAM; ran JAMF and testing now

Task reassigned to Ruby Tidwell.

I left a VM to her around 4:30 explaining her all
the thing that I was doing and what's going up
with this mac. And also told her her loaner is
ready. And sorry for taking such long time.

Imaging and setup is completed. It's ready to go now.

But still it's freezing on a restart, it's been
freezing after I did the update and restarted it.
It's a 2013 machine and has 10.11.1 OS, did
diagnostics text everything is good. I don't know
what is the problem with it.

We have told her it will be ready by tomorrow, if
not the Loaner is ready at the check out box.

Was successful in Imaging her machine, but it kind
off still acts slow. Now it looks fine, needs the
rest of the setup to be done.

Set up and loaner for her. She is not in the 
office left her an email saying I couldn't finish 
it on time. It's in the office she can come and 
pick it up or she can gibe us a call and somebody 
will drop it off. 
Needs to give her admin rights.

Imaged it everything went well while imaging. 
After is finished it restarts and then gets stuck 
up at the end of the loading page. Imaged it for 
4 times same issue. Did diagnostic test, 
everything looks good. No problem but still not 
working.

Her computer is really weird. She need the
computer but I can finish it setup in an hour, so
I told him I will come back at 2 and do the new
setup for her.

Computer has had problems in the past and has been
reimaged before.  It will not print wireless or
while connected.
