Hi Jan,

I hope you're settling in to your new computer!  
I wanted to check in to see how it's going and 
if you are ready to have your old machine 
picked up.  If so, I can pick it up and bring 
it back to our office (we will still hold on to 
it for at least two weeks before we clear any 
data).

As for the software and configurations, the 
last piece I have on record is FundWare.  Have 
you or Scott gotten that working?  If not, I am 
still waiting for Dave to be back in the office 
to make any necessary changes on our end.

Sent email to Scott Killip about the rest of her 
settings and to contact her or me for setup

Dropped off new equipment, but she wasn't there to 
log in set up her profile, so I left old equipment 
set up as well.  I'll email her to give her an 
update and continue work on my next shift.

Standard prep done on her machine, also installed 
iCloud and DropBox.  Moved in AD.  Waiting to get 
the document from her to finish prep here before 
taking it to her office.

I would like for someone to come over and 
backup my computer. The desktop backup I did 3 
days ago to the H drive is empty??? Don¿t know 
why. The backup I created just now created all 
shortcuts. That won¿t be helpful once the data 
from the current desktop has gone away.
 
I am in this morning but need to cut checks 
this afternoon so if someone could backup the 
computer this morning that would be great. I 
will make a list of programs, etc. that need to 
be on the new computer. I can do that starting 
this afternoon when I¿m cutting checks. Also, 
please work with Scott regarding settings, 
network ¿stuff¿ etc. Thanks.
 
I am around next week and not doing much so 
that should be a good time to be working the 
kinks out.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell computer and monitor needs to 
be setup and delivered to Jan Carlson in Cottage 208. The WOU # 
of the new computer is 20141137 and the new monitor is 
20140871. The WOU # of the old computer is 20101448 and the 
old monitor is 20091071. The new equipment is on the GFA shelf 
in the hallway.

Delivered her computer back and picked up 
loaner.

The issue is that nothing loads on a page until 
her mouse is moving.  This is specific to 
Firefox and may be related to an add-
on/malware.  It does not happen in other 
browsers.  I let her know that I will do more 
research and advised her to use a different 
browser if the problem persists.

Also will see about GFA Eligibility 

Finished updates and left voicemail for delivery 
time

Called to let her know she might be up for a
replacement and someone will let her know when we
check in with Tricia, ect.

She wants to make sure she gets everything saved
correctly to the new machine if she is getting set
up for something.

My computer is 20101448. I am having continuing
problems with the browser and other things as
well. I click and there is no action until I start
moving the mouse around. It is very annoying.
Example: I click on an email button in my browser
and nothing happens. Then I start moving the mouse
around and the hourglass on the tab starts moving
and the page comes up. If I am watching a video
the audio continues for awhile but the video
freezes and then when I start moving the mouse the
video runs. If I stop moving the mouse the video
freezes. Just now in excel the spreadsheet came up
but the menus at the top did not appear. As I
moved the mouse across them they started to appear.
