What I changed in the settings worked. The issue
is resolved.

I changes one tray setting which was the manual
tray to see if that would help the problem. I
called Tina since she was not there to have her
test print. If this issue still occurs I will be
going down to look at her profile and see if this
issue is happening because of something in there.

Check the printer this morning and Tina informed
me that everyone in her department is having 
issue printing. I reconfigure the printer and
change the settings to Plain and it printed just
fine. Her complain is she have to do this every
time when she is trying to print a document.

She went around the office and noticed anyone
using this printer is having the same issues she is.

She called and said printing from Word is fine but
printing from anything else still has the same
issue.  The resolution that you showed her only
fixed it for Word.  It isn't saving the plain
paper option when she changes it in Excel for example.

I was able to get hold of Tina and fixed the issue
with her machine not printing. I reconfigure the
printer settings on her machine to plain it was
previously on something else. Now it works just fine.

Check the issue with IMac not printing from the
network printer. I realized the printer driver was
corrupted. uninstalling and re-installing the
drivers solve the problem.

Printer keeps saying to add envelope paper to tray
2 when trying to print normal.  They need to walk
up and fix it every time it does this.  They tried
to change the default setting but nothing seems to
work
