Did the setup. It's ready to go now. I have also
added the printer so there is nothing to be done.
Just deliver it to him and get back the loaner.

I gave him the loaner yesterday and I am currently
working on his machine. Imaging is completed,
doing the setup. Few things are left. Will return
him the machine by the end of the day.

He is not getting the same error message like
before but he changed browsers.  But he still gets
the same issue with the very slow computer.

Met with Nathan this morning, and ran a few updates and Malwarebytes, 
which didn't find anything major.  Also checked his Firefox (primary 
browser) for any unwarranted add-ons.

Everything looked okay though, and he is going to do more testing.

As I was leaving, he showed me the attached error and said that 
usually pops up when the problem starts - he wasn't sure if the error 
was always related to gmail or if it was just a consistent error.

He didn't want the loaner at this time as he was going to do more 
testing after Malwarebytes.  It's still at my desk in case this 
problem persists.

I have setup a loaner for him 20130222[Edit Inv]. Everything
is done, only need to setup the printer when
delivering the machine. 
His computer is slow so we can run some Malware
test and test and if that doesn't work, we can get
it back and re image it.
I have scheduled to meet with him tomorrow morning
at 8:30am.
I am not working at that time so I will forward
this to Ruby.

I would like some help with my laptop it has been
running extremely slow to the point where I'm
unable to close documents or tabs on my Firefox
browser. I've had to shut down my laptop three
times today just so I can get a program to work.
The number etched into my laptop is 20140327[Edit Inv] if
that helps.
