Hello Nancy,

I talked to Joanie and TR does pay for their own
maintenance. An estimate for this maintenance kit
is 314.00 dollars. Before I put in a purchase
request I just wanted your approval for my
estimate so when your department gets the "approve
charge" no one will wonder what it is for.

Once I hear back from you I will order this part.

I had a spare feed roller which was the issue of
not being able to print. I printed a supplies page
and there maintenance kit is very low and needs
replacing. I am ordering the part with the index
code that Nancy provided me and double checked
with Joanie that it was okay that I order it for her.

TRI-has to pay for their own maintenance.  Assist them with 
what to buy through purchaserequest. might need a whole 
new maint kit, last replaced in june2013.
