That worked - updated OS to 10.11 and all her data 
and software remained.
Returned to her and picked up loaner.

adobe creative suite in cloud.

I called and let her know to back up her MacBook.  She will drop it off to 
our office on Thursday morning for us to work on it, and will not need a 
loaner if we can get it back to her quickly.

Note that there is special software on the machine (Adobe CS5 is listed, but 
check for others before reimage if that is necessary).

Hi,
Google Chrome gives me warnings everytime I log in
that my OS will no longer be supported. Can you
help me upgrade to a higher OS, or would that
require a new machine? My school mac laptop # is
20101419[Edit Inv]
