Went to her office with extra monitor, he has a extra long
monitor, there were pink lines on the screen so I changed the
monitor, it was under warranty so I bought it back to the office
and checked it plugging in to a computer, it worked absolutely
fine.
The monitor that I took to her office was working that mend the
cords are also working and the monitor is also working. I went
back with her monitor and a new DVI cord, but I plugged her old
cords only and it worked fine.

If the same problem occurs, we need to change the DVI cords
and if that too doesn't work the monitor had a warranty until
2017

Good Morning~

My monitor #20131099[Edit Inv] is no longer working
correctly, it has a pattern over the entire screen
that makes it impossible to use. It is in ED #202.

If you could send someone over to take a look at
it, it would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Darla
