(through AppStore, not JAMF)

He was having some issues working with PowerPoint 
on the loaner - we let him know his machine is 
already about halfway done, so he agreed to wait 
for that instead of troubleshooting the loaner.

Picked up his MacBook and set up loaner.  I've 
started the El Capitan install at our office.  
It's at the imaging desk with a sticky note.

Prepped loaner 20100667[Edit Inv] for him, it is in the out 
box in case he comes to swap them at the office.  
Please have him log in and add him as an admin 
before he leaves.

That depends. Would I be given another machine to
work with while you had my laptop? If so, then,
yes, I could let you have my machine for that
period of time. If not, what would work best for
me would be to hand it off to you on Thursday
afternoon (around 2) and pick it up the following
Monday around 1:30.

Got a call back. He teaches on Tues & Thurs 10-
11:50 and would prefer it to be done during 
that time. He also said he could bring it in 
Thursday afternoon for the weekend.

First, try to install 10.11 through AppStore to 
avoid reimage.
Make sure he has backed up.

currently on 10.9.  He has been out of the office 
and has just returned.  Please call and schedule 
time.
